Chris Thornley, also known as Raid71, is a British illustrator known for his unique and expressive style. While he has designed album and promotional artwork for a wide range of musicians and bands, his illustrations of The Smiths stand out as some of his most recognized work.

Raid71 has created several pieces that pay tribute to the Manchester-based band, which disbanded in the late 1980s.
